Ryan brings a diverse background to the world of real estate.  His prior work includes four years in commercial construction, seven years in civil engineering, and numerous home renovations.  He immerses himself in the latest housing information and data, integrates the newest technology and tools,  and provides clear communication to make transactions seamless for his clients.

What’s more, he is a problem solver and astute negotiator who is excellent at finding solutions and delivering results that exceed expectations.

Ryan’s passion for real estate started shortly after the housing bubble in 2008.  Where he helped his father buy and renovate houses for long term housing.  His personal investsments have included short-term rentals, long-term housing, renovations, zoning changes, lot splits, and additions.
